All sales final - Due to the curated, personalized, surprise-based, and custom assembled nature of our bundles, all sales are final. Each bundle is thoughtfully assembled specifically for your order based on your selected theme and preferences.  Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once as order is placed. 

 If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please contact us promptly and we will gladly make it right.
