Thank you for shopping with SONshine Mercies! Every order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience as we put your sunshine together.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after purchase. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for order processing before shipment. Custom and curated bundles may require additional preparation time.  This timeframe accounts for sourcing any needed or customized/requested items, supplier delivery, and assembling and packaging your order.  Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays, order volume, and customization requests.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will communicate updates when reasonably possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to the merchandise subtotal at checkout:

• Orders from $0.00 to $59.99: $10.99 shipping
• Orders of $60.00 or more: $14.99 shipping

Shipping rates may be updated as needed. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery and Tracking

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

SONshine Mercies is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will do our best to help you locate a delayed or missing shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
